Victoria is a very beautiful, clean, and safe city and is the capital of British Columbia. VIA has two campuses, both in bright, sunny heritage buildings located in the heart of downtown. VIA is close to shops, theatres, hotels, restaurants, museums, and galleries. The schools have two fully-equipped computer labs with high-speed internet for e-mail, surfing, doing research, and for studying ESL. The computer labs are also used for TOEFL and TOEIC testing.
