The new ULSM residence is only seconds away from the year round school and is in fact part of the same complex. The residence / year round school has a cafeteria, Internet point, 2 swimming pools a sun terrace, and all the usual facilities.

The residence is made up of self catering flats that have been completely refurbished in 2004. Students will have the possibility of studying in their own flat as well as with their companions. The residence is located in St. Juian's. It is only a few minutes away from other 3 and 4 star hotels where other students are living, thus facilitating the students' improvement of communication skills.
