Canterbury Language College Australasia (CLCA) was set up in 1988. You can study General English (6 skill levels); English Plus; Examination preparation (IELTS, TOEIC, Pitman); High School Preparation; New Zealand Diploma in Business; University Foundation Study course. We also accept study-tour groups (max 75, min 8 people).

The school is inspected and registered by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority (NZQA) and the Ministry of Education.

Christchurch is a beautiful city of 400,000 people, and is known as the 'Garden City'. It is a centre for international tourism and the gateway to the rest of the South Island. In winter (June - August) several ski fields lie within 2 hours driving from the city. In Summer people enjoy the beach, mountains, rivers and lakes. The whole country is famous for the beautiful scenery - the movie 'Lord of the Rings' made here. An ideal place to relax, unwind and improve your English at the same time!
