ABC College of English, Queenstown, is a small, exclusive private New Zealand English language school with a reputation for offering first class quality personalized English language tuition.

Our small classes ( average 6 students per class) and highly professional teachers ensure that our students recieve maximum personal attention and so they are able to quickly achieve their English language study goals.
ABC COLLEGE OF ENGLISH is registered by the New Zealand Government under the provisions of the Education Act 1989 and has NZQA ( New Zealand Qualifications Authority ) Course Approval and Accreditation.
We are Member of ENGLISH NEW ZEALAND and APPEL ( Association of Private providers of English Language ) and are a registered as a Pitman ESOL Examination Centre.
ABC College of English also has SGS audit certificated for the” ENGLISH NEW ZEALAND Code of Practice”and is a signatory to the New Zealand Ministry of Education “Code of Practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students”
We offer a number of programmes ranging from intensive full-time General English courses, to programmes combining English Language study with activities such as skiing/ snowboarding in winter (June-September) and a wide range of outdoor adventure activities in summer (December -February )
Our minimum age is 16 years and our students come from many different countries.
Our school has a large student lounge with beautiful panoramic views of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains. There is a student kitchen with cooking facilities and we offer free tea and coffee, free email access, self study resources, student library and a fun weekly social activity programme.
