Our school was established in the late 1990's and has grown steadily over the years. The maximum number of students in the school is 46. The average class size is five students. The maximum number of students in a class is eight! Students from many different countries study with us and they enjoy the opportunity of using only English in the school. Students come from Europe, Asian and South America. We offer Intensive English at six levels, starting from Beginners, English Plus and Examination Preparation classes. There is no pre-entry required to the Intensive General English class, but we do have a pre-entry test for TOEIC, TOEFL, IELTS, FCE and CAE. Students can start at the school on any Monday of the year, except for our two-week holiday at Christmas and our one-week holiday at Easter. The students spend morning tea and lunch time with the teachers and staff, this is a wonderful opportunity for them to practise their spoken English is a relaxed structure. Our teachers are well qualified and have many years of teaching experience. It is not uncommon for students to extend their study period with us and to exceed their expectations of learning English.

Our school is located close to the city centre. It takes 10 minutes on foot to the inner city and a 20 minute bus ride from there to the beach. The school is on a central bus route and the bus stop is conveniently located directly outside. The city of Tauranga has a growing population and an increasing number of tourists come to Tauranga to enjoy our beatiful beaches, cafes and relaxed life style. We are able to offer the learning experience in an environment that is clean, green and safe. It is a two and 1/2 hour journey by car to Auckland, our largest city. For many students who are able to work and study, we offer the chance of working in the great Kiwifruit capital of the world.
