Yearly courses We offer intensive courses of 600, 500 or 420 hours that allow our students to integrate a university course the following year. Weekly intensive courses Students can also follow a course on a shorter stay basis all year round for a duration ranging from two to sixteen weeks. Our intensive courses are on a format of 17h30 and 12h30 hour per week (tuitions and workshops): Summer courses Our intensive courses are on a format of 25, 20, 17h30 and 12h30 hour per week (tuitions and workshops): For all those courses, in addition to these daily tuition sessions, we offer many activities and visits in the afternoon. They enable you to take part in invaluable human, cultural, sportive events and facilitate linguistic communication between French people, participants, and the school teaching and administrative team. A language laboratory and a well-equipped room connected to Internet are available freely and at your convenience. Assessment is part of our teaching method as we like to ensure you are making satisfactory progress. Before the beginning of your training programme we will assess your language needs as well as your linguistic competence. Your will be able to take formal examinations run by our school on the top of regular school based assessments. We prepare and run examinations for the TEF/TCF all through the summer. We will also deliver a precise end of training certificate stating with precision your degree of competence for each skill at the end of your course. Below are some examples of accommodation arrangement available: 1) a room in an host family including (breakfast and diner) 2) your own room on a flat sharing arrangement with other students 3) hotels accommodations are available if we have sufficient notice.

At only 2 hours from Paris by train, Rennes is also very close to the sea and some famous places such as Mont Saint Michel, Saint Malo, La Baule, Quiberon… Rennes is also the capital of the Britanny region with its strong cultural identity. Its historical background, its special relationship with the ocean and its warm population makes Britanny and Rennes a peaceful place to live. With its strong university tradition, Rennes is one of the biggest student cities with almost 60,000 students (40% of the total population). This phenomenon leads to a particular dynamism and overall animation. In the heart of Rennes Our trainees benefit an advantage in the location of GEFOR, which is in the heart of Rennes’ downtown. Direct access to all shops, bars, restaurants, administration building is guaranteed and facilitated by an efficient public transport network (the new subway has an access very near GEFOR). The railway station (21 departures to Paris) and the airport (22 French cities and 36 European cities linked) are also very easy to reach from GEFOR, in order to answer the mobility need of many of our trainees.
