1 - Language School Overview :
Interlangue is a summer school with a limited number of students (about 15) divided into as many groups as necessary according to their levels. The atmosphere is very convivial and friendly, since the teachers (all of them graduated) also share the cultural activities with the students. The course takes place in July, in Sète (a little town by the Mediterranean Sea also called Venice in Languedoc). We provide accomodation (mainly in French families) to students from Germany, Denmark and the U.K., as well as other countries. The area has a lot of cultural interests to offer, and you can walk to the beach from the school!
2 - Location :
The town of Sète is built around a hill,almost an island, between the Sea and a lagoon called Etang de Thau. It never takes more than 15 minutes by bus from a place to any other place in Sète. The train station is situated on the line to Spain, between Montpellier and Beziers. There are direct flights from cities in Europe (including London and Copenhagen)to Montpellier international Airport. Montpellier is situated 15 miles/25km from Sète). We meet the students at the Airport at their arrival and take them to Sète. It is possible either to take the bus or to walk between the school, the town centre and the beach. It is also possible to park your car in the schoolyard.
