1 - Language School Overview :
ICHIL offers an accelerated learning program and environment that allows the individual student to greatly advance their ability to communicate in Spanish in a very short time. The program is based on proven techniques that encourage the student to begin using Spanish immediately and advances their proficiency rapidly. ICHIL provides a workbook designed specifically for this program and your level of Spanish. Upon completion of course, students receive a certificate stating number of hours studied and mark received.
Class Size
Individual or Group Programs are available. Our teachers realize that students have different needs and different levels of Spanish. We are committed to meeting each individual students No more that 10 students will be in a group.
In our Homestay program, we work with students in finding a comfortable and friendly living arrangement with a Chilean family. Living with a Chilean family advances your level of Spanish even quicker because you are in an environment where you practice Spanish all day. In addition, you will see our customs and enjoy our hospitality. Homestay includes laundry, breakfast and one other meal everyday.

ICHIL is located in “Barrio Brasil”, which is one of the oldest neighborhoods in Santiago. This neighborhood is characterized by it many universities and its bohemian life. It is located near the most important commercial centers, the political centers, and the cultural centers of the city. Santiago is the capital of Chile and its cosmopolitan area is known for its safety.
Getting to the institute is very easy as it is located near main bus routs and the Santiago Metro (Los Heroes and Santa Ana Stations)
