1 - Language School Overview :
Instituto Hemingway is a school in which pupils, teachers and organisers all know each other and call each other by their first name from the very beginning. Our main aim is to ensure that during your stay you learn how to speak, think and feel in Spanish.
Instituto Hemingway is situated in a historical building in the district of Casco Viejo, only a 2 minutes from the metro that takes you to beach. Our school has five teaching rooms, a lounge, and a library, all for the use of our students.
We offer a wide variety of courses. Whether it be linguistic, academic, or professional, our programme is tailored to fit your needs.
Teachers are also available to support students in questions of a personal nature if necessary, as well as to boost their learning and progress in Spanish.
You can join any Monday throughout the year. Bilbao Airport has lots of connections with low cost airfares !
2 - Location :
In our School, you can learn without effort, enjoy weather and make friends. Our courses are flexible, the groups are small, the quality price of our courses are excellent. We take you to a pub/tapas bar, see a typical Spanish festival, get into cool shops and enjoy well-deserved sunny days.
All that we do it because you are important for us. At the end of your stay, we commit ourselves that you are fluent in Spanish and that the number of friends you have made, is enough to forget the ecomomical effort you did to take part in our courses.
Have fun while you are here! Afternoons and weekends there are visits and cultural activities: Guggenheim Museum, surfing, boat rides, festivals, concerts, castles, etc. All the leisure activities are part of the programme and are therefore included in the price (except ticket prices). Weekend excursions to Madrid, Barcelona, Toledo, or Sevilla are optional
