Estudio Sampere is in the heart of the city, in a quaint and lovely building in traditional El Puerto architecture. Recently refurbisched, it has 12 air-conditioned classrooms, and a lovely Andalusian "patio". A young and dynamic team headid by Cristina Sampere runs the school. The focus is on excellent teaching in a lovely setting, and methods and materials are constantly updated. The maximum capacity is 140 students in th summer and the average is 60 the rest of the year. Estudio Sampere El Puerto will be open from February 28 to November 4, 2005.

Looking our across the Atlantic Ocean from the Bay of Cádiz, El Puerto de Santa María is an Andalusian town set amoung beautiful beaches bathed in sunshine for 300 days a year. Its position on the "Coast of Light" (Costa de la Luz) and its Mediterranean climate make it a popular holiday destination for Spaniards. The surroundings region is famous for its "vino de Jerez" sherry, its mountains with their picturesque white-washed villages, its seafood cuisine, and best of all, the exuberant spirit of the Andalusian people so evident in the Carnival, Holy Week, Fairs, flamenco and traditional singing and dancing.
