1 - Language School Overview :
ABANICO SEVILLA was founded in1992 and it is located in a 3-floor 19th century Sevillian building in the wonderful quarter of Santa Cruz, in the heart of the historic centre of Seville, Andalusian capital. It is situated near the Cathedral and the famous Giralda Tower, with all the main monuments steps away. It is a small, friendly school which prides itself in making students feel part of our big family.
Not only do we show great interest in teaching Spanish itself, but we also believe that because Seville is so culturally rich and diverse that learning Spanish with us will be an easy and complete experience while the student take part in a whole range of extra curricular activities. They are all supervised by a teacher, and include: multicultural parties, Flamenco shows, “Sevillana” dancing lessons, walks around Seville, Spanish cinema and museum visits.
With an energetic ambience, students will learn Spanish faster and a lot easier in a city that anyone can fall in love with. Sevilla´s beauty, food, culture, and a vibrant night-life and about all its welcoming arms of its people will make all feel at home.
Seville has a very mild climate, certainly one of the best in Europe in which our outdoor activities will be even more pleasant. It will allow the student practice what they have learned in class, building on your Spanish step by step, always accompanied by a teacher.

ABANICO is set in the beautiful city-centre of Sevilla, known as the ‘Barrio Santa Cruz’, world famous for its white and yellow houses 'tapas' bars and narrow streets leading to romantic squares fraganced by orange blossom. The Barrio Santa Cruz is located only minutes from the Cathedral, the famous Giralda tower as well as the Moorish Alcazar Palace and gardens.
