Accreditations
The quality of language schools in Spain is guaranteed by different official organisms.
As all language schools we work with are accredited at least with the Cervantes and/ or the CEELE, we do think it's very important that we explain you what guarantee these organisations offer and why we have chosen them.
Accreditation "Cervantes"
Created in 1991 in Spain, “el instituto Cervantes” is a public official institution for the promotion of Spanish language education and for the diffusion of Spanish culture.
Purpose
Among other objectives Cervantes accredit by means of certificates and diplomas the knowledge acquired by the students. Moreover Cervantes organises exams for Spanish official diploma such as foreign language: D.E.L.E.

- Actualise educational methodologies and teachers formation

Accreditation "CEELE"
The CEELE deliver a quality certificate of Spanish education as a foreign language granted by the university of Alcala and the association for progress of the Spanish language as an economic resource to schools, centres and institutes that give Spanish courses to foreigners.
Purpose
The CEELE assure the fulfillment of some criteria of quality accepted internationally.
How schools get the CEELE ?
The schools or institutions that request it agree to an inspection directed by specialists of the University of Alcala, who evaluate eleven different aspects of the activity. The inspection is repeated every two years.
Who benefits from CEELE ?
The students and teachers: guarantees that the school has passed an independent, objective and professsional inspection.

Schools may have other accreditations:
ALTO : Association of Language Travel Organisations
It is the world's only global trade association for bonafide buyers and sellers of language travel programmes. Main objectives : promote professionalism and high standards of service. FIYTO : Federation of International Youth Travel Organisations.
Its mission is to promote and protect the identity of youth travel. Organisations that want this accreditation have to respect a code of conduct with high ethical standards. FEDELE : Spanish Federation of Associations of Spanish Schools for Foreigners.
Member schools accept and sign a quality charter. NAFSA : association of International Educators.
Promotes the exchange of students and scholars to and from the united States. Many schools also have regional accreditations that guarantee a high level of teaching.
