We request personal information on the booking and enrollment form. A user must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail, passport number and address) and in some cases financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill customer`s requests. If we have trouble processing a booking, the information is used to contact the user.

Personal information such as name, email, address, age and course type are shared with the school in order to complete the enrollment process. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of the school you choose to enroll in regarding their use of your personal information. The information we collect is used only for enrollment purposes and to send you a booking confirmation. Personal information is not shared with any other party. Apart from the price and remaining balance of enrollment no other financial or payment information is shared with the school. No financial or payment information is shared with any other party. All credit card processing is done by Open House Spain.

Profile

We store information that we collect through log files to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on the entirety of our users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is not tied to the users personally identifiable information. We do not share our customer profile with other third parties. We do store the personal information of our customers in order to process our customer`s requests. We provide customer`s personal information, such as name, e-mail, address, but not credit card data or other payment related data, to third parties. These are exclusively our contracted language schools. No other third parties are informed about our customers or of our customer`s personal data.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user`s computer tied to information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. We use session ID cookies. For the session ID cookie, once users close the browser, the cookie simply terminates. No user information is passed from our website to any other website.

This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users` information. When users submit sensitive information via the Web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.

When our booking form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected by the best encryption software in the industry - SSL (128 bit encryption). While on a secure page, such as our booking form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just `surfing`. Furthermore all payment information submitted in our forms is password encrypted with PGP. Pretty Good Privacy or PGP was written by Phil Zimmermann in 1991 and has since become an industry standard to store and transmit sensitive data using 1024 bit passphrase encryption. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users` information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain access to user information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our users` information is protected.
